Kim and I went to  John J. Gruba for a community John J. Gruba for a community Reiki session with a few of our friends.
We did  before and after Kirlian Photographer then every one received Reiki to open our chakra’s and get our energy flowing. This was a vary cool experience. feeling the energy flow  in our crown and out our feet.If you are looking for  Reiki work or just want to try it out check out  a community Reki session .

The ones on the left are before and the ones on the right are after.  the goal is to have clear small circles that are bright. The tops ones are kims and the bottom ones are mine.

I did not go to the guys weekend  with  the UP and bro. I had a long week and wanted to spend some time with the girls and then play finsih what I  needed to do.

I know many people that are unemployed , under employed or is a strangling small business due to this economy .  So I started a web site  http:UnderEmployed.US as site to put your skills  or things that you can do or are looking for. Like  if your are  not working and know how to trim trees then  put that on the site.  And if a person is looking for that they can give you the work. This helping each other as a community . give some work to a friend, neighbor or small business. to keep everyone going. It is important to help each other  http:UnderEmployed.US

Going Green here are two projects that you can do with used plastic Jewel , Target  or what other plastic bags that you have.

The first item is a kitted bag.

The bags handles and bottoms were cut  to make a loop. The you take the loops and link the together to make a long chain  you use that with one pice of yarn and start knitting.

The second project was a wallet

take about three bags and cut off the handles and bottoms. Then put them between two sheets of wax paper use an Iron on medium heat  this will laminate the bags together into a tyvack like material. Then I cut  my  wallet parts out  I modeled it after the one I had in my pocket . Then I use and sewing machine to sew it together.

The blister poped and started to dry up

Jenna had a small wart on her hand  so we went to the doctor and had to foze  off. the doctor said that it will bilister up then fall off. They did not tell you how large the blister will be
